Fastlink Safaris & Tours Limited is a Tanzanian-owned tour company established in 2014, currently concentrating on both corporate travel and individual travel arrangements through a Travel Agency License (TALA) issued by the Ministry of Tourism and Natural Resources.

Furthermore, the company has been registered to conduct other activities including Ground Handling Services Licensed by Tanzania Civil Aviation Authority. Fastlink is also a member of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and Tanzania Society of Travel Agents (TASOTA).

We are the General Sales Agents of Air Tanzania Company Limited (ATCL) in four stations in the country. ATCL is the country’s leading airline, providing extensive domestic and international connectivity with over 120 weekly flights to more than 15 destinations. Our affiliation with travel agents in the country as we benefit from access to various services and coverage which others cannot.

As a Sales and Reservation Officer, you will be key in promoting our exceptional safari experiences and expanding our customer base. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Identify and target key market segments to maximize business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotional materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agencies, and partners.
• Conduct market research and stay updated with industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Represent Fastlink Safaris at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to travel as required.
• Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
