he proposed Director of Capacity Strengthening will oversee the capacity and institution strengthening the portfolio of work and direct the provision of technical assistance and training support to public and private organizations in an array of technical areas including social and behavior change (SBC), research and monitoring and evaluation (M&E), organizational development, leadership and coordination, and multiple focal health issues.

As part of the anticipated Tanzania SBC Activity’s senior leadership team, lead in directing capacity and institution-strengthening efforts assisting partners in developing and implementing comprehensive SBC activities at national, regional, district, and community levels with the Government of Tanzania and other partners. This position is contingent on funder approval and award to FHI 360.
