The Secretariat strives to ensure that the most competent and qualified individuals are selected for public service roles. One of the key principles upheld by PSRS is meritocracy. The Secretariat designs and implements recruitment policies and procedures that prioritize the selection of candidates based on their skills, qualifications, and experience, without any bias or favoritism.
